I received a notification that my order is at the Parcl location, spend 1 hour to go there and pick up my order only to find out that my order is nowhere to be find and they still have hundreds of unprocessed orders. I don't know what is worst - the currier services, which don't solve their last mile deliveries and don't take ownership for that or companies like Parcl which take advantage of the ecommerce boom but don't have the technology, talent or operating capability to deliver a decent service, which should not exist in the first place.

Rude answers, not fitting in, got send away to try again later. totally not willing to help. Client before me was handled rude as well. Fix your customer experience, fix you communication. A shame for companies like UPS, DPD.

One of the two employee was rude and refused to give the cooperative employee a code so he could give us our packages. We had to get out without packages before closing time. Second comment: Alter your opening times, it stated to be opened until 20:00 Dreadful experience can't believe GLS want to work with a place like this.....
