β β β β β Wat een verschrikking! Heb een cadeaubon van 100 euro gekregen en ook een flesje voor een perfume tester. Ben vandaag geweest en de dame aan de balie was zo verschrikkelijk! Ze keek me aan alsof ik iets zeg waarvan ze nog nooit heeft gehoord. Ze keek raar aan! Ik moest vervolgens een geur kiezen en ik zei dat ik tussen 2 twijfelde en kreeg weer een raar blik en "mij maakt het niet uit je moet het zelf kiezen"?!! Dat weet ik zelf ook hoor, maar ooit van customer service gehoord?
Ik wilde vervolgens dat ze de naam van de parfum schrijf, maar ze zei "nee, dat kan ik niet doen. Neem een foto".
Ik ga hier NOOIT MEER terug. Ik ga mijn cadeau bon ook niet hieraan besteden. Ik wil niet aan zo'n raar gedrag mee doen.
Ook een security die continu achter jou aan loopt. Deze Douglas moet echt sluiten!
 What a horror! Got a gift voucher of 100 euros and also a bottle for a perfume tester. Been today and the lady at the counter was so awful! She looked at me as if I'm saying something she's never heard of. She looked weird! I then had to choose a fragrance and I said I was hesitating between 2 and got another weird look and "I don't care you have to choose it yourself"?! I know that myself, but have you ever heard of customer service?
I then wanted her to write the name of the perfume, but she said "no, I can't do that. Take a picture".
I will NEVER go back here AGAIN. I'm not going to spend my gift card on this either. I don't want to get involved in such weird behavior.
Also a security that constantly follows you. This Douglas really needs to close!

β β β β β you can't smell any parfume cos the air is full of all smells mixed through. this place needs proper ventilation.

β β β β β Love the service in this shop! Friendly workers that are not following you around annoying you the whole time. Even the security guard is friendly. Would defenitly buy my makeup and perfumes here.
