★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in yesterday simply to buy concealer but ended up leaving with: foundation, brushes, brow gel and a brow wax but never felt I was being "up sold". The staff here is wonderful, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and simply pleasant to be around. Because I don't speak much Dutch, I'm always a little nervous to go into a new store but every employee here went above and beyond to answer my questions and let me feel welcome.
Stella did a perfect job waxing my brows - I was hesitant because I've been growing them out for over a year and wanted to keep them "full". She kept them full, and did a better job shaping them than I could have imagined.
I'm kicking myself because I can't remember the name of the woman who matched my foundation (it will probably come back to me after I write this), but she was so patient and thorough and found my perfect match.
The woman working in skincare and the girls at the counter were also really kind and informative. I could go on and on with details but the point is, I've been frequenting makeup counters for over 15 years and have never had such an all-around positive experience. Who ever did the hiring here really knew what to look for. Any time I need makeup or a brow shaping, I'll be coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried many kind of face care products and non of them felt good, therefore I decided I need help from a professional. I made an appointment over phone. It was easy and the woman in the line was really kind. I went to the store, and I got a warm welcome. (Don't forget to disinfect your hands and wear a mask) I had many questions and I got all the answers. Professionalism and kindness, that's the perfect combo. I have learnt a lot from Petra..."What is good for my skin, what I should pay attention on and how to use the products." She intorduced me more products and we discussed together which one would work for me and which one I like.
The store was neat and clean, and everyone was nice. I had a really good experience and my skin is changing in the good way... And ladies it takes around 2-3 weeks. Yes, we need time to see the result, miracles don't happen overnight.
I can only recommend to make a visit and ask help from professionals.
