★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting the package on Monday, wasn't delivered, and I was promised by DHL and Douglas that they\ll contact me ASAP. Of course, no one did, I've called them both myself yesterday and today, and finally, they did start investigation today and that can take about 5 days. But here is the problem: I do not need the package any later than tomorrow (it is a gift, that I have already spend money on) . I asked Douglas to cancel the order and resend it today (as their homepage promises "order before 22:00 - tomorrow at home") but they said, "we can't, we need to investigate as DHL says the package was delivered", though DHL has already confirmed it was a system mistake and they've just lost the track of package". Long story short, out of this experience I can conclude:
1. Douglas doesn't trust nor care of their clients.
2. The customer service of Douglas is not a client of solution oriented.
3. Never again.
