Lovely staff. They always help me quickly. The Benefit Brow Bar is awesome. I go there to get my eyebrows done every 8 weeks, all the Benefit-staff are amazing.

Never coming back! Me and my friend desinfected hands before entering the shop. After while looking at their products, we touched two creams (having another for 57 euros in basket, so we definitely didnt come there just ot look around) and after few second come to me older employee (woman) and quite rudely told me "you dont need to touch everything" and she left. I stayed there with my friend shocked thinking how then am I supposed to see how much the products cost and how am I supposed to see what I like? We tried to wait, expecting, that the employee was maybe coming back to help us, but she rather had conversation with other colleague saying something like "Oh yesterday I had another one like this who had to touch everything". Well we stayed and observed her behavior and saw many customers around touching products and she did not tell them anything!! She helped also another customer, who was touching three creams and it was perfectly OK, she stood up infront of her and let her. So we complained and asked if we can actually touch things and the casier told us its allowed we just need to put it back to the basket or desinficate it. This behavior is unaceptable! If I am in your store wanting to spend my money, I would expect to be treated fair. We didnt come to the shop for the sake of spreading corona. If i am not allowed to touch something the customer service worker instead of having a rude discussion with other colleague, should help me to choose the product I might like! Absolutely not proffesional behavior and sad for being treated like this, because I had looked forward to finally buy my favourite cream again! Big thumb down Douglas. The personal obviously dont know much about customer service, Douglas should train them and explain to them what it is about! Important to note, me and my friend did not speak Dutch, but our mother language, so I guess this played a big role in the behavior of the worker!

Staff is incredibly nice and is always happy to help even when they were supper crowded. The samples you get with purchase are so nice. The prices are also great compared to other places and will definitely be coming back for future purchases. I will definitely be getting my brows done there the next time
