Have you ever seen this dystopic movies where a most powerful company take control over you life? Well, if you are interested into the Vodafone development on this topic you can read it here, in almost a page. I had a company in The Netherlands that I decided to close and open another one. The first company had a subscription to Vodafone so it was logic for me just to move the contract from old one company to new one. Said and done. Went to the shop in Maastricht, discussed with the staff, paid a certain amount and the contract was transferred. I have asked the staff if there is anything else to be paid in the name of the old company because I wanted all to be clear and not bother with this anymore. β€œWell we cannot stop the contract and transfer it to another company if all the invoices are unpaid.” Great! Things were not so great since more than one year later I have received an email from a dubious incassobureau urging me to pay around 700 euro for unpaid invoices and other fees to Vodafone for the first company that I had. First I thought that it is a scam, the Vodafone account for the old specified that all the invoices are paid. The incassobureau contacted me trough email and I have never received any information from Vodafone on this matter. They had all my contact info, I was still their client and the staff from the shop made it very clear to me that you can’t stop a contract if all the invoices are not paid. I have decided to contact Vodafone on this matter to be sure. They confirmed that there were unpaid invoices and that they sold the debt to this incassobureau. I have been to the shop in Maastricht and called several times to Vodafone itself in order to clear this. Nobody knew anything, nobody took any responsibility. Why are those people working there? I don’t know. The funny part was that after each of this talk I was receiving a message on my phone asking me to evaluate my experience with Vodafone. Are you serious??? The dubious incassobureau (Graydon is called) was pushing further treating me with this and that. They even send me a screenshot from the Vodafone systems with the amount that I had to pay. I told them that I have a similar file on my computers that indicates that Vodafone owns me 5 million euros and I would like their help in recovering this amount. One of the invoice was also tricky since it was a credit invoice for almost 400 euros but it stated clear that the final payment is 0. I asked for the notice that Vodafone has send to me about this unpaid bills. Well, from them I saw that Vodafone has actually send the notice to themselves so of course that I have not received them. Graydon, the incassobureau said that Vodafone was not obliged to send the reminders about the unpaid bills so this showed how serious they are. Like 0, like totally unprofessional, like lets screw a forgiver because I was talking in English with them, even if I do talk dutch. I paid two invoices, under 200 euros and total and told them to find a judge who will oblige me to pay a credit invoice of 0 euro. Vodafone called me to ask me about a new contract because the old one expires. I said β€œVodafone, never again”. In the end I lost more then 200 euros and quite some time with this, and yes, times is money. I figure it out myself where Vodafone has screwed up but since they didn't really wanted to communicate I have decided to let it be like this. Is fine, they will still lose money in this way and this totally is fine with me. The drama ends here.

Disrespectful employee. I waited until 9:30 before the door open on Saturday. A girl employee came already late for work, unlocked the door got in but slammed the door, keeping out the waiting customers. I pointed to their given opening time on door panel, she simply ignored without a word... So arrogant and very disappointed! Seems Vodafone doesn't care about their customers and disregards their promise, missing professional training of their employee.

Have been waiting for 5 min in front of four workers not busy at anything. One was just stirring at his coffee trying not to make eye contact. Comic situation but not professional
