Meteen schiet de verkoopster in de beschuldigingsmodus dat de potlood gevallen moet zijn en ze hiervoor geen nieuwe kan geven. Ik heb haar verzekerd dat de potlood zeker niet gevallen is en anders was de andere zijde met het ultradunne potlood zeker gebroken lijkt mij. Vervelende ervaring , om meteen beschuldigd te worden. Normaal altijd fijn geholpen , vriendelijke verkoopsters vooral Mona. Deze verkoopster kan nog wel een cursus klachtenbehandeling gebruiken.
