β β β β β Nina of Mac booth was just fabulous! Everyone is always helpful. But Nina took the time to explain what each product does and you can see she really loves what she does. Just absolutely fantastic!

β β β β β Today i went to this Douglas at 13:30 and i was looking for makeups that i needed. At first one staff helped me to find one of the things i wanted and then i asked again for help but they forgot to come to me and i couldnβt find other things i was looking for even tho i stood there waiting for staff to guid me and no-one showed up. So i went to the old lady behind the counter to pay for that one lipstick i picked and she looked at me and my lipstick and said: just this?! I said: yes because i couldnβt find anything else and no-one helped me. she smiled and put a sample with my receipt ? on the table and when i said βthank you & have a nice dayβ she just rolled her eye and turned her head around. I donβt know if she would have acted better if i was talking dutch or she was just a lousy employee but just saying these things decrease the customer success rate at a company so maybe you should work on your staffβs behavior toward the customers. I went there to get the whole face make up but left with one lipstick cuz they ignored me.
