Bad communication. Hear nothing despite emails and phone calls. Delivery appears after two weeks after the intervention of Paypall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If my order isn't shipped tonight, I'm going to cancel it via PayPal and request a refund. You told me if would be shipped on Wednesday, then you told me Thursday. End of the day and still no shipping confirmation. In the meanwhile I keep getting emails that my order isn't "afgerond" and I need to finish paying. I sent you screenshots. If everything is okay, like you say, why are you not shipping my order? I ordered on Sunday and after 4 working days it's not even shipped.
And now that I'm at it, black background and pink tones is horrible, confusing and tiring to the eyes. That's not a complaint, just something you might want to consider.
