Quite crowded. Surprising amount of obnoxious people blocking the way or making it difficult for people to move in our out.

The website isn’t work. You can’t make the reservation. I really recommend to swap the company that support the website.

Good parking garage. Cheap parking via website. 5 hours for €6,- and 8 for €10,-. On weekdays the garage is often full.

the only good thing about this parking garage is the price and the availability. As locals, we often park here as well. But if you any problem with the parking, they have a terrible unfriendly helpdesk. For example. We have a renovation going on at home, so we had to stay over at a hotel and bought a 24h valid on the parkereninrotterdam.nl, the good thing about this ticket is that it allows you to get in and -out the parking garage as often as you want to. When we tried to get back in for the second time today, the ticket shows as invalid and hence we pressed the help button. We explained clearly that we got the 24H ticket and that we were trying to get back in. We were told "well, you got out so of course you cannot get back in anymore with the same ticket". After some discussion, we agreed that we would draw a new ticket and we would contact again when we get out (they would give another try to find our record in their system). We contacted them again when we got back and i had to experience the most unhelpful helpdesk ever. - the lady tried to convince us again that there was no ticket that would allow us to drive back in while it was 1. clearly stated on the website. 2. we explained that we had the ticket in front of us (if not, the machine would not give back the ticket when you drive out). - when she finally realised what kind of ticket we got, she blamed us for not telling her it was a hotel discount ticket. - because she couldn't find us in the system, she basically told us to either just pay up or ask the hotel to contact them (but we bought the ticket online, so hotel has nothing to do with it). - because both options were not really acceptable, i tried to ask a bit more so we could come up with a better solution together. However, she cuts me off, doesn't allow me to finish any sentences, tells me "there is no what if" and that she is done. I promise i stayed very polite during the whole discussion, but she had my blood boiling.

Good location but the turns to go to and from the upper level are incredibly small. Scratched my car going up and it took me 5 minutes to try to get through the corner going down. Don’t use the upper level if you have a larger car.

The price is good and location is good. It's the right garage for any occasion. You can even watch YouTube videos with the security guards if you're bored
