★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie wandelroutes, paarse pijltjes ca 4 km, rode pijltjes ca 8 km. Komen beide langs de uitkijktoren en picknick banken. Er wordt gewerkt aan natuurontwikkeling.
 Beautiful walking routes, purple arrows about 4 km, red arrows about 8 km. Both pass the watchtower and picnic benches. Nature development is underway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede toegangsplek voor het natuurgebied Kampina, voldoende parkeerruimte, duidelijke terreinkaarten aanwezig. Houd er wel rekening mee dat het terrein en de diverse paden nogal nat en modderig kunnen zijn. En soms ook moeilijk begaanbaar, tenminste als je een kinderwagen mee hebt. Dus laarzen of hoge wandelschoenen zijn dan nodig. Het terrein is afwisselend en soms rimboe-achtig, dus spannend. Een aanrader als je je even echt uit in de natuur wilt voelen.
Good access point for the Kampina nature reserve, sufficient parking space, clear terrain maps available. Keep in mind that the terrain and the various trails can be quite wet and muddy. And sometimes difficult to access, at least if you have a pram with you. So boots or high walking shoes are necessary. The terrain is varied and sometimes jungle-like, so exciting. Highly recommended if you want to really feel out in nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not 5 star because like most places in NL they forgot about pubic toilets at the parking. Direct access to walking routes and 1-2km from viewing tower. Very nice area

Start for nice hiking area "Banisveld". Recently added nature to the park, of what was farmland before. This is a wetland (i think), with overflow-places for the Beerze river (stream).
