D	Dennis Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in with a big van. So big that barely fit into the elevator. It was an unforgettable experience since the sensors of the van kept beeping while we were trying to fit the van into the elevator. And it worked. The parking is actually spacious and there were many open space. However, the nightmare is to get the car out. We drove the van in and there was no sign of acceptance if the elevator door can close or not. Driving in further. Still no sign. Press the help button, and the operator asked us where we were!! Luckily a local technician showed up and reset the elevator. The 3 starts go to the helpful service. It took us around 30 minutes to get out. Including driving back and forth to the elevator, with 2 mirrors folded, and collision sensors beeping loud. On the bright side, it can take the 9 sitter van. And there was a technician there to assist the parking. NEVER go there again with a big car. Maybe good for a smart or compact car.

I needed to call an office in Germany that told me to call someone who told me to call somebody else... after 1 hour I had the ticket. There is no elevator. We needed to carry the stroller on those narrow stairs. I won't book there again.

X	X. Xing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really the best, the safest and the cheapest Parking house in Amsterdam center! Clean and with music inside. Very close to Meseum. I have put my car for 2 days here. There is also a super nice and helpful Staff. Thank you so mich.

If you have a medium or large one, and don’t want to maneuver in tight spaces, such as the drive-in elevator - find a different parking. Also, watch the elevator door. It closed on my car while I was driving out, and scratched both sides.

Everything worked really well.The lift is a bit narrow but if you already drove all the way to Amsterdam you'll manage it :) Only customers can enter and exit the parking garage. So the vehicles are safe below deck.
