★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not relaxed to be. Bad energy. Staff could use some really rigoureus training. I suppose the owners as well. Lot's of don'ts and impossibles. Typical Dutch to ignore to service customers and instead entertain your own bad moods. Don't go here. I had a couple of interactions that are in the top 10 of worst experiences worldwide. For instance it opens in 10 minutes but they ask you to leave. You could also say: please sit down. We open up the place and help you in 10 minutes. Other example. They open at 10am but nothing to eat until 12. No breakfast, no brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and atmosphere. They have a simple but good selection of special beers. A few of them draft.
We had the planka as the main dish. Very tasty meat and veggies. Shrimps and sardine were fine too. It was enough food for 2 people.
Dessert was a chocolate mousse. This I can really recommend to try. Very full of flavor.
All and all it was a good evening out. We will definitely go here again to try some other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem just behind the "provinciehuis" set in a park facing a small lake.. apparently, in the summer you can sit at the beach! Lovely staff and boutique style decoration...oh, and very good coffee!
