Toen ik met het antwoord kwam om de juiste verf/lak op te halen gaf zijn collega aan dat hij de kleur op nummerplaat kon opzoeken. Communicatie...
Super store, really. Only very unfortunate that staff are completely differently trained. In one case I was sent home to request a color code from the importer. When I came with the answer to pick up the right paint / varnish, his colleague indicated that he could look up the color on license plate. Communication...

Deze mensen willen gewoon heel veel geld verdienen en vrij weinig service bieden.
Especially money is what they want to see .. if you come there just to get some info about your car or small different parts .. you are wrong,
These people just want to make a lot of money and provide very little service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denk eerst goed na wat je hier besteld. Heb accu gehaald, later blijkt dat op internet incl BTW en bezorgen dat dezelfde accu 60 euro goedkoper is. Dus eerst checken.
First, think carefully about what you ordered here. Have collected battery, later it appears that on the internet incl VAT and delivery that the same battery is 60 euros cheaper. So check first.
