Echt super leuk wij zijn met de hockey club naar snollebolekes geweest alleen de trug weg moest iemand kotsen de rekening kan nog naar de hockey club
Really great fun we went to snollebolekes with the hockey club only the trug had to leave someone puke the bill can still go to the hockey club

Top Service! Het boeken van een ticket is makkelijk en duidelijk. Daarnaast krijg je van tevoren meerdere emails om je over de busreis te informeren. De bus zelf was super luxe en schoon en als kers op de taart was de buschauffeur zo aardig en begripvol dat het heel de ervaring nog beter maakte. Aanrader!
Top Service! Booking a ticket is easy and clear. In addition, you will receive several emails in advance to inform you about the bus trip. The bus itself was super luxurious and clean and as icing on the cake the bus driver was so nice and understanding that it made the whole experience even better. Recommended!

Meerdere malen een mail gestuurd dat ik mijn geld terug wil van mijn busreis omdat we niet meer gaan en het geld van kaartjes al terug hebben. Krijg alleen een keuze: doneren of een kortingsbon voor de volgende keer. Aan beide heb ik totaal niks.. Service en communicatie is zo slecht raadt het echt niemand aan. JE KRIJGT JE GELD NIET TERUG, DIE STOPPEN HUN IN HUN ZAKKEN!!!
Sent an email several times that I want my money back from my bus trip because we are no longer going and already have the money from tickets back. Only get a choice: donate or a coupon for next time. I have no use for either one at all. Service and communication is so bad really don't recommend it to anyone. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK, THEY PUT THEM IN THEIR POCKETS!!!

Ik had drie plekken besteld/gereserveerd voor een partybus om naar een festival (extrema, zin in!) te gaan. Doordat er meer bussen nodig waren, zat ik opeens niet in dezelfde bus als mijn vrienden. Daarop heb ik een mailtje gestuurd of dit nog veranderd kon worden. Ik kreeg dezelfde dag het antwoord dat ze hun best voor me zouden doen en een dag later kreeg ik de bevestiging dat het alsnog was gelukt. Kortom, erg blij mee! Bedankt voor de moeite. :)
I had ordered/reserved three places for a party bus to go to a festival (extrema, fancy!). Because more buses were needed, I was suddenly not on the same bus as my friends. I then sent an email to see if this could be changed. I received the answer the same day that they would do their best for me and a day later I received confirmation that it had succeeded. In short, very happy! Thanks for the effort. :)

Via het telefoonnummer wordt je verwezen naar de mail of chat, echter krijg je ook hier geen reactie op. Maakt niet uit hoeveel berichten je stuurt en personen er online worden weergegeven! Daarnaast worden vertrektijden op het laatste moment gewijzigd met marges die extremer zijn dan ze zelf in hun voorwaarden stellen. In ons geval moeten we opeens 1u eerder vertrekken en onderweg dan origineel geplanned was. Daarnaast was behandeling tijdens Corona ook niet heel netjes. Denk niet dat ik snel nog een keer voor deze optie kies.

In our case we suddenly have to leave 1 hour earlier and en route than originally planned. In addition, treatment during Corona was not very neat either. Don't think I'll be choosing this option again anytime soon.

Door een eigen fout aangegeven dat ik op een andere plek wilde opstappen na annulering van mijn reis. Dit met weinig hoop aangekaart omdat dit per ongeluk ging en duidelijk bij mij lag. Ondanks dat, heb ik netjes een refund gekregen en is dit met de beste communicatie verlopen. Een top service bij een bedrijf waar ik rustig weer zou boeken.
By my own mistake I indicated that I wanted to get off at a different place after canceling my trip. Raised this with little hope because this happened by accident and was clearly my fault. Despite that, I received a nice refund and this was done with the best communication. A top service at a company where I would book again without hesitation.

Zonder ook maar informatie op voorhand te geven werd ons festival weekend via partybussen geannuleerd. Dit terwijl de festivals juist weer van start gaan sinds Corona. Verder werd er ook slecht gereageerd op vragen die wij stelde via mail en facebook. Echt bijzonder hoe slecht de communicatie hierover was.
Without giving any information in advance, our festival weekend was canceled via party buses. This while the festivals have just started again since Corona. There was also a poor response to questions we asked via email and Facebook. Really special how bad the communication about this was.

I used this company for the first time to go to ASOT as I wanted a stress-free trip, rather than relying on the train as I go to festivals often and my friend had a broken arm, so it made the journey easy. The way there went well, although we were a bit late to the venue as the driver waited longer at each stop to make sure everyone was on (which is nice of him). However, when I got there he had to ask the passengers where we were going as he wasn’t sure where to drop us and when we asked where he would pick us up he said he didn’t know which is already concerning. When we got out of the venue we had 1 hour until the bus would leave. There were no signs up, no updated information online with where we could be picked up, we phoned the company and the telephone number in the email, no answer. We asked inside ASOT, at the train station, looked where we were dropped off, asked pedestrians, went to the bus bays, pick up areas and around the whole of the area for a whole hour. The bus had clearly already left. It ruined the whole night and we didn’t get home until very late and had to pay to get home (when we already paid for the bus!!!) Our bus had hardly any customers, the driver knew that we weren’t to know where he would be as he didn’t even know himself and despite the driver having all names and phone numbers, didn’t even think to inform anyone if they were missing. No one answers the phone when you ring them. They clearly leave way before the scheduled time and don’t bother to realise 3+ people are missing and to WAIT (I was an hour early!) That’s the first and last time I will use this company over public transport - at least it’s more reliable!
