Good fun lesson. Ashtanga yoga makes a good contribution to running more smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne plek waar door enthousiaste en bekwame docenten o.a. yin yoga, hatha yoga en ashtanga yoga wordt gegeven. De lessen zitten goed in elkaar en er is altijd ruimte voor individuele aandacht of uitleg bij vragen. Een mooie aanwinst voor alle (aankomende) yogi's in Maassluis!
Nice place where enthusiastic and competent teachers teach, among other things, yin yoga, hatha yoga and ashtanga yoga. The lessons are well organized and there is always room for individual attention or explanation when asking questions. A great addition to all (upcoming) yogis in Maassluis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een aanrader als je fijne yoga lessen wilt! Veel verschillende lessen op verschillende dagen en tijden dus altijd wel een moment in de week te vinden op naar yoga te gaan. Voor mij ideaal! Mooie, nieuwe yoga ruimte, yoga docenten met fijne stem en veel verstand van de houdingen. Ook de workshops zijn heel leuk, nu al verschillende van gevolgd!
A must if you want nice yoga classes! Many different classes on different days and times so always find a moment in the week to go to yoga. Ideal for me! Beautiful, new yoga room, yoga teachers with a fine voice and a good understanding of the poses. The workshops are also very nice, several of which have already been followed!
