★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the food was nice but my boyfriend found a hair in his food which was promptly replaced by the waitress who was nice but we got no discount or proper apology and the manager seemed to be always cross and you could hear him shouting at the staff in the kitchen and there was also two people who sat accross from us who complained they're food was not nice and cold and they wanted to eat somewhere else and the manager was extremely rude them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in the seemed like a nice lady she told me that it was all you can eat ribs. BUT the ribs tasted old and hard and the salad was spoiling and the fries was not good. The burger was dry asked for more sauce and waiter put it on my plate like you dnt do that you just put it on the table. Service was terrible I was calling a the lady she just walked pass me like I wasn't there.
PLUS I saw her taking spoon up and putting it back because they were dirty and wouldn't wash them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad food, slow service, rude management. Waited over an hour and got the wrong food, partners burger was raw we refused food and wanted to leave. Owner got up into my face and really intimidated me (6ft 5ish) man. Ill know where to avoid next time I visit Amsterdam.

We ordered some burgers and were told they were going to be done in about 10 minutes. after 40 minutes of waiting the food was not ready. we went up to explain the situation in a calm manner but the response from the staff was rude. Not a pleasant experience
