Wij werken alleen maar met de beste ingrediënten en kennen de origine daarvan. We zijn continu op zoek naar het beste van het beste, liefst biologisch. Onze speurtocht leidt ons zowel naar de eigen regio als naar binnen- en buitenland. We doen dit samen met onze leveranciers, telers en kwekers. Of het nu gaat om chocolade uit Brazilië, speltbloem uit Zeeland, zuivelproducten van lokale boeren of mooie notenpasta’s uit Italië, het moet hoe dan ook passen binnen onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.
We willen te allen tijde aan onze gasten uitleggen hoe onze creaties tot stand zijn gekomen. Onze producten moeten zowel herkenbaar als vernieuwend zijn en tegelijkertijd verrassend. Ze zijn opgebouwd uit meerdere structuren en smaakcomponenten om de totale beleving van heerlijke “pastry” te ervaren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pastries are lovely but are a bit overpriced, however the interior is very retro and gives the place a very unique feel. The coffee is terrible, straight from a machine and doesn't taste like anything familiar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something must have gone wrong because I've never had such a dry tasteless cupcake. It looked beautiful but was not worth the money. It had no Blueberry flavor. Husband had a Berlinerbol that he said was not good. I still haven't brought myself to try the chocolate we bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has the entire ceiling filled with iron rods & pipes that were once used by the Philips factory! Its so unique to sit here and sip a cup of coffee without thinking how different the place would have been 3 decades ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am wonderig what is going on with this place. I pass by everyday while walking my dog. Their croissants and cakes are good actually but the place looks dead. From outside you dont know if it is open or closed and usually the bread variety is non-existent so I cant never buy anything there. My main wonder is why all the strijp S shops are booming but this place looks always empty and dead. I think it has a great potential due to its location and beautiful place but nor sure what is their business model.
