A	Adam Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location but horrendous service! Friend waited over 50 minutes for a toastie which never came and was forgotten. When suggested that 1 of his drinks should be complimentary out of human courtesy the waiter responded with disgust. Wow great customer service. Expensive tourist trap - should be avoided following this trip.

Food was okay, but we had to choose from the "busy" menu which meant very limited options. So much was done wrong and I won't waste my time going into detail. Overall it was a terrible experience and would advise you to avoid. There are plenty of other great establishments along the beach, go somewhere else and enjoy your evening.

Although they took our orders quick enough and only 4 or 5 other tables were filled, it took nearly 30 minutes before our french bread with butter arrived and then another 45 minutes before our dinner arrived. The fries we got with it were already cold. In those 75 minutes, they asked to refill our drinks about 4 times which arrived almost instantly. When we left, I asked why the food took so long and they answered with: "The cook didn't feel like it today". I guess they are honest. The waiter asked what kind of sauce i wanted with my order, but failed to mention that this was a separate purchase (though the "additional sauces" were mentioned in the card, but not next to the item). So i went with a sauce that costed me an additional €2,50 which also tasted very sour, like it was past it's due date. The toilets are €0,50, even for customers which is very uncommon as far as I know. At least the location across the Kurhaus is nice, but other than that, i would NOT recommend this place.

V	Victor Band on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for drinks and desserts on the beach. Friendly staff, let us stay for a while just hanging out on the couches by the fire. Churros are delicious (though they are missing the cinnamon sugar coating) and had great Irish coffees
D	Dave Grünewald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst „beach bar“ i have ever been to in the Netherlands (and I lived here for years). Price/Quality ratio is 1/10. And i also have a tipp for one particular waiter: Being rude to customers is not going to pay your bills!
