1 star is too good. After a SLOW delivery only 1 of the 2 ordered suits was in the package. In essence not a horrible feat, but the fact that there is ZERO COMMUNICATION is horrible! Why won't anyone answer emails? I understand why you don't have a phone number, like this no one can call you and your horrible way of doing business. DON'T BUY HERE!

I have a long email thread between Bonne and me about returning a navy Bonne suit that I bought sight unseen from Bonne. I not only paid for the suit initially, but also for the suit that did not fit to be returned from the U.S. to Amsterdam. I was told once they received it (which they confirmed they did), they would send me the correct size (Medium) which Maarjte was going to set aside for me. They were very helpful until now. It has been months with no word from them. I email them not often, but regularly to inquire about the status of my return. I will keep trying but I am very disappointed in their customer service and follow through. I do not know what else to do. So, now I'm trying this. Moral of the story is don't buy a suit online from Bonne and don't believe them when they tell you they will work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I will be happy to send another review singing their praises if I ever do hear from them again. I have the thread of emails from beginning to end, showing the time frame ... any idea of who I would mail these to at Bonne so I can get results. Does anyone know the owner's name? No company who has AGREED to send you a replacement should be this silent when they have not kept their end of the bargain. Now, they have the suit I paid to have returned to them as well as the suit they were going to send me, and I have nothing...except a lot of money down the drain with nothing to show for it. Anyone out there ... please help!!

Ordered a suit online weeks ago, never got anything. Still waiting for someone to answer my emails or get back to me but zero communication and very low options to reach them at all. Don’t buy there!!

I bought a Bonne Suit Run 1. Delivery was good (arrived 6 days after I ordered) and fit nicely, thanks to the model info on the product page I was able to choose the right size without measuring. I normally wear a S or M, got a XS for the Bonne Suit. Good quality and style, I am very happy with my purchase.

Let me start with that I first thought of this company as really progressive. For a wedding I was looking for matching suits for me and my partner, regardless of gender, we wanted to wear the same. From the size guide it looked like we were both too big for their sizes (even the largest was too small), and as we are not particularly big, I emailed Bonne Suits for help. At first, they were very excited to hear we were thinking about wearing their suits for a wedding, but from the moment I asked for help with the sizes, and pointing out this did not seem inclusive, I have not heard back from them. I have sent multiple, polite emails trying to get their help, but nothing... So, I don't know if I would have fit in their suits, but I assume I would not. Just for reference, my size is between 40-44, depending on the brand. I measured myself and it seemed as if even the XL would not fit BY FAR, the same goes for my partner (who is a average L sized man). I am very disappointed with a brand that seems progressive, but is NOT INCLUSIVE AT ALL about sizes. You have to be skinny to fit them. All and all: a very unpleasant experience. Will not think about them another time.
