★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I handed my phone in for repair, because my sim card reader stopped working twice a day, and thus had to restart the phone. The second day after the repair, the phone died and could not even be started. They first claimed it was a software problem, trying to deflect responsibility. Then they said it was something with the battery. Though, when fully loaded, the phone could still not be turned on.
They only gave the repair costs: E$40, back. Or I had to buy a phone from then for a discount, for the cost for them of buying in the phone.
So, the phone cannot even be started and they only gave the repair cost back.
This shop gives no guarantee, after the phone seems to be fine when they hand it to you. Good to know that, even if the phone breaks down the same day, no matter how valuable the phone, you won't receive the market value of your phone.
