β β β β β This is a great Jiu Jitsu gym. Sam is a very competent teacher, and his focus is on how to handle real world encounters/threats. Participants (men and women) are beginners through intermediate. New people are always welcome!

Sam let you focus on the few key moves how to control and neutralize almost any conflict with using as less energy as possible. He goes into great detail, shows the consequences of having a grip wrong and how to predict opponents moves. Changed some of my reflexes already what to do when someone approach me. Highly recommended take classes here.
