H	Haag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al jaren bij deze opticien en ik deel de negatieve ervaringen van mensen hieronder totaal niet. De opticien die hier werkt is de beste van heel Nederland, kan ik zeggen op mijn 49-jarige leeftijd na oogproblemen vanaf mijn 13de en daardoor ervaring met talloze oogartsen, opticiens en optometristen. Ik heb heel ingewikkelde ogen met diverse problemen (staar na ongeluk aan één oog, ernstige bijziendheid met astigmatisme, mouches volantes) en ik ben nog nooit zo goed geholpen, ook niet door aan academische ziekenhuizen verbonden opticiens en optometristen. Zowel de bril als de contactlenzen die ik hier aangemeten krijg, zijn perfect! Vergeet het geneuzel hieronder over zogenaamd niet modieuze frames (ook niet waar!) en scheve zonnebrillenpootjes, of onvriendelijke juffrouwen aan de balie: die doen totaal geen recht aan de vakkundigheid en professionaliteit van de hier werkzame geniale opticien Albert, die ik zeer dankbaar ben en die een medaille verdient in plaats van onzinnige beoordelingen. I have been coming to this optician for years and I do not share the negative experiences of people below at all. The optician who works here is the best in the Netherlands, I can say at the age of 49 after eye problems from the age of 13 and therefore experience with countless ophthalmologists, opticians and optometrists. I have very complex eyes with various problems (accidental cataracts in one eye, severe myopia with astigmatism, mouches volantes) and I have never been treated so well, not even by opticians and optometrists associated with academic hospitals. Both the glasses and the contact lenses that I get fitted here are perfect! Forget the nonsense below about supposedly unfashionable frames (also not true!) and crooked sunglasses legs, or unfriendly ladies at the counter: they do absolutely no justice to the skill and professionalism of the genius optician Albert who works here, to whom I am very grateful and who deserves a medal instead of nonsensical reviews.

C	Chantal Kes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag een afspraak bij Pearle Oostelijke Handelskade. Bij binnenkomst kreeg ik een bakje en kon 5 brillen passen. Na enige tijd passen (eerste keer aanschaf bril) gevraagd om advies ivm het montuur. De dame die mij hielp kon mij even helpen maar moest gauw verder met andere klanten terwijl ik een afspraak had. Daarna gevraagd aan ik denk filiaalmanager om advies maar deze zei daar geen verstand van te hebben. Daarbij ook de uitspraak dat ik maximaal nog 5 brillen mocht passen. Dus geen advies en dan maximaal 5 brillen passen? Schandalig! Slecht geholpen en ga hier nooit meer naartoe! Ik heb de dame vriendelijk bedankt voor haar hulp en ben weggelopen. Today an appointment at Pearle Oostelijke Handelskade. Upon entering I received a tray and was able to try on 5 glasses. After fitting for some time (first time purchasing glasses) asked for advice regarding the frame. The lady who helped me was able to help me for a while but quickly had to move on with other customers while I had an appointment. Then I asked the branch manager I think for advice, but he said he had no idea. Also the statement that I was allowed to try on a maximum of 5 glasses. So no advice and then try on a maximum of 5 glasses? Scandalous! Bad service and never going here again! I kindly thanked the lady for her help and ran away.

v	valentina sansone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you have to repair glasses that you did not buy there DO NOT let them repair it. when they say " we can try to repair your glasses but it is your own risk if we break them..." they really do mean it. They broke my glasses while trying to straighten them up ....well...their excuse was : Sorry, it is not my day today....WHAT???????? so now I have no glasses! VERY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!

She gave me feeling she was realy there to help and to advise in an honnest way and not only commercial thinking! A big reason to come back! Also her collegue was efficient in helping me to have my glasses within the hour! Thanks so much !
