Ik ben nogal lastig met zonnebrillen kopen, maar al het personeel heeft mij een goed en eerlijk advies gegeven. Bedankt voor jullie goede service en voor jullie tips voor Boedapest!
Just bought beautiful sunglasses with this Eye Wish. Tomorrow we are leaving for Budapest and that includes good sunglasses. I am quite difficult with buying sunglasses, but all the staff have given me good and honest advice. Thank you for your good service and for your tips for Budapest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat is deze zaak slecht zeg. Slechte communicatie over bestelling, niet kunnen aangeven wat de status is. En na meersere maanden wachten geen bril. Nooit meer voor mij. Ik had het kunnen weten aangezien ze daar met een CRM systeem en matrixprinters uit de jaren 90 werken
How bad this case is. Poor communication about order, not being able to indicate the status. And after several months, no glasses wait. Never again for me. I should have known since they work there with a CRM system and dot matrix printers from the 90s

This time it took me over 2 months and around 10 trips to the Eyewish store to receive my glasses with the right prescription, which was all the result of a wrong eye examination by one of the personnel.
Pros:
- They replaced the glasses free-of-charge (standard for many opticians)
- Friendly and experienced manager who helped to resolve the issue
Cons:
- Many hours wasted
- After-sales not according to expectations
- Expensive
