★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order placed at 17:20 was supposed to arrive before 20:00. Delivered around 21:45. As the product/pickup is 20 minutes away by bike, I was disappointed with the service.
Ironically the website chatbot when used, says they will email you. What's the point of having a chat service on your website Peddler?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was craving for a Cartuxa red wine from Alentejo. Peddler was able to deliver the wine same day in the evening from a local store. Overall the experience was very smooth and painless. The delivery was completed within the stated time window. The wines bottles were nearly wrapped and packed in a box similar to any home delivery packages.

The online app could have some improvements such as allowing the person who scheduled the delivery to be able to update the order. For example to cancel it or change a time.
