★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo Zero is echt zo'n winkel waarvan je denkt: blij dat ze bestaan. Plastic-vrij zonder in te leveren op het punt dat je een fijn en leuk product wilt. Het is een webshop maar ze zijn heel actief via mailings en instagram. Ze geven veel achtergrond over de producten. Ik had nog een vraag over een bepaald product en kreeg heel snel antwoord.
De leuke persoonlijke touch die je vindt bij het openen van je pakket maakte voor mij mijn dag :). Ik ga zeker vaker bestellen bij Zo Zero...er komen ook steeds meer nieuwe producten bij.
Zo Zero is really one of those stores that makes you think: glad they exist. Plastic-free without compromising on the point that you want a nice and fun product. It is a webshop but they are very active via mailings and instagram. They give a lot of background about the products. I had another question about a particular product and received an answer very quickly.
The nice personal touch you find when opening your package made my day for me :). I will definitely order more from Zo Zero...there are also more and more new products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews, but this little web-shop deserves one. I've now been a ZoZero customer for 3 years. I had been struggling to find a "one stop shop" that conveniently provides all my essentials for a sustainable life - from really nice cosmetics and personal care items, to cleaning products, and just things you need on a daily basis. I've had some contact with the founders over the last years, and have asked them about their sourcing approach. I'm really impressed by their diligent supplier selection, and that they don't just go for the mainstream "sustainable" brands that we see everywhere. This means that I don't have to waste time doing more background checks on the products, as I fully trust their process. Oh and the bike delivery (in the Netherlands) is pretty cool too!
