This is my first review ever that I post in my life, i had such a bad experience in this place that I have to post this. It happen at 28-12-2021 around 18:30 me and my girlfriend where shopping for product for new years day. I broke my card the day before and my girlfriends card was at home so we were paying with the phone. We didn't had any problems with the previous stores. But the cash register from Penny was a little bit outdated. So we had problems with paying we tried a couple times but without success. But instead of the staff helping us to get it to work. they became more hostile every second we were standing there. My girlfriend and I don't understand german that well. So when the girl from cash register 1 was talking in german to the woman from cash register 2 we were thinking that she was asking for some advice because as far as we know she did maybe something wrong. And that ther must be a reason why we could not pay via phone. But than the woman from kassa 2 was start to shout at us. She screams "go outside and pin!" and "pay with money!" Than she put her hand up and does the money sigh to my girlfriend and say "do u understand that money money money" After that there was a short fight and we left the store. It was super wierd, rude and unprofessional. They treat us like we had ill intentions. I hope that the store wil invest In some poeple withe some propper decency And some new cash register ?
