★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of food and it all seemed to be fresh and very tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff was helpful. We are staying right around the corner from here and will be returning often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My meal at Pera was one of the best meals I experienced in Amsterdam. I highly recommend the chicken soup and donner platter. The soup tasted homemade and the lamb was paper thin and crispy! Everything was fresh and of good quality. The service was outstanding. If your in the mood for Turkish food, this is the spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suuuupper lekker! And absolute, super friendly staff! I had a chicken with rice, salat, bread & lekker sauce for 15euro for take away. And even got a turkish tea while Ive waited. The guys where very nice! New fav place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a simple place with excellent dishes. We came a little bot after the lunch rush. The soups were nothing short of perfect and the meat dishes were prepared to perfection. It's not in the tourist areas so it has a local feel. Don't expect silver service. Its a simple place with great tasting food
