The Permanent Make-up Inez Balcerek beauty salon offers services at the highest level. Mrs. Inez is a beautiful, well-groomed and well-mannered woman, and thus all her knowledge and professionalism. For the third time I have used fine-needle mesotherapy and eyebrow regulation. Continuous improvement and the desire to gain knowledge by Ms. Inez make the client feel completely safe. This is the best cosmetic bag I have met so far. I sincerely recommend Salon Inez Balcerek, because when I go there for the procedure, I feel really well-groomed and "pampered".
