★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denken mee... alles bespreekbaar? Staan open voor kritiek, maar geven ook kritiek en bespreken hier samen de redenen en alles wat nodig is en met wederzijds respect komen we er altijd wel uit.
Blijven respectvol en ik vind dat ze uitblinken in oplossingsgericht kunnen zijn. Meedenken en daar waar nodig wordt ik geholpen. En er is een luisterend oor wat nodig.
Think along... everything negotiable? Are open to criticism, but also criticize and discuss here the reasons and everything that is necessary and with mutual respect we always find a solution.
Remain respectful and I think they excel at being solution oriented. Think along and help where necessary. And a listening ear is needed.
