Als je liegt om dit soort zaken, kan je blijkbaar over nog ergere zaken liegen aangaande medicatie. An unprofessional pharmacy and a staff member who Friday morning, February 22, was blatantly lying to lie that I could pick up my medication Saturday morning. If you lie about this kind of thing, you can apparently lie about even worse things about medication.

Voor nu: Online systeem werkt "niet" (bevestiging mail ontvangen maar de apotheek geeft aan het verzoek niet te hebben ontvangen), onvriendelijk personeel, denken niet in oplossingen EN de klant is altijd fout... jammer In the meantime I can write a book about everything that went wrong with my prescriptions / medicines. For now: Online system "does not work" (received confirmation email but the pharmacy indicates that it has not received the request), unfriendly staff, do not think in solutions AND the customer is always wrong ... too bad

Vorige week medicatie via de huisarts besteld, gisteren naar de apotheek en bleek het niet op voorraad te zijn en komt het vrijdag pas. Ik zou het normaal vinden als ze je daar van op de hoogte zouden stellen, zeker omdat ik hier een vorige keer ook al over geklaagd had. Deze apotheek ligt midden in een beetje afgelegen woonwijk, en ik heb vaak het idee dat ze misbruik maken van het feit dat het voor veel mensen niet handig is om over te stappen, anders zouden wij dat ook direct doen! Nou geen fax en dat 9x per jaar. Heb je irritatie en praat ik harder. Er wordt verwacht dat mensen die medicijnen tegen een bepaalde stoornis daar dan normaal kan praten. Heel gewoon hoor om de assistent dan te beschuldigen of ze wel weten hoe een fax werkt. Ik moest gaan fluisteren ze zeiden dat ik schreeuwde, een dag later. Probeer ik uit te leggen aan Alex met als voorbeeld als een cliënt met tourette met tiks bij u komt weet u waar ik een beetje naar toe stuur. Ja zei die, zwak. Maar goed had hij jaren geleden moeten zeggen. Zwaar geïrriteerd. What goes wrong with me is so annoying. Mijn recept ligt 9/10 keer de volgende werkdag (nadat de huisarts het heeft goedgekeurd) klaar om opgehaald te worden. Eén keer had ik een recept met spoed nodig voordat ik met vakantie ging. Hier ben ik heel goed mee geholpen en kon ik met de medicijnen op zak naar mijn bestemming. In the past 5 years that I regularly visit this pharmacy, I have had nothing but good experiences. My prescription is ready to be picked up 9/10 times the next working day (after the doctor has approved it). Once I needed a prescription urgently before going on vacation. This helped me very well and I was able to go to my destination with the medicines in my pocket.

I have told you many times that I want to pay extra so that I don’t get the Z-brand medicine you very much like to give people. Repeatedly I have reported that I don’t want that due to complications.
