They can not read recipes, because I always have to phone afterwards to make sure it is delivered (as stated on the recipe) and they cannot answer the phone either because I have been standing for an HOUR !!! on hold

Na 6 weken gebeld omdat er steeds berichtjes komen dat de medicijnen klaarstaan...zou geregeld moeten zijn....daarna weer bericht dat de medicijnen klaarstaan. Jammer...Ik vónd ze altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam ?
Not satisfied at all anymore .... at the end of March, the move was personally communicated to the desk so that we could be deregistered.
Called after 6 weeks because messages keep coming that the medicines are ready...should be arranged....then another message that the medicines are ready. Too bad...I always found them friendly and helpful ?
