β β β β β Zeer weinig respect voor je privacy en medisch gevoelige informatie. Schreeuwen het zo door heel de apotheek, wat heel onprettig is bij drukte.
 Very little respect for your privacy and medically sensitive information. Shouting all over the pharmacy, which is very unpleasant when busy.

β β β β β Negen van de tien keer wordt de foutieve medicatie geleverd. De medicatie wordt in de kluis gelegd, niet terug genomen, dus deze kan vervolgens weggegooid worden. Zo houden we de zorgkosten extreem hoog.
The incorrect medication is delivered nine times out of ten. The medication is put in the safe, not taken back, so it can then be thrown away. In this way we keep healthcare costs extremely high.

β β β β β The worst service I've ever had ! 5 people came just behind me and only person is doing people's prescriptions. The farmacy employees just standing just in front of computer and doing "something" - I have no idea what is the more important than customer. Already 25 minutes of waiting.... shame on you!
