★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 20 jaar mijn apotheek, nooit problemen gehad. De laatste 2 jaar is het echter hommeles: ik krijg medicijnen teveel, te weinig, helemaal niet, of niet op tijd. Het ligt volgens de dames uiteraard nooit aan hen zelf, maar aan de computer, de arts, mijn mailprogramma, het mailprogramma van het ziekenhuis, de coronaplaag, de telefoondienst of de fabrikant. "Meedenken met de klant" staat niet in hun woordenboek, terwijl zij allen een button op hun schortje dragen met: SERVICE!
 My pharmacy for 20 years, never had any problems. The last 2 years, however, it has been a bit of a mess: I get medicine too much, too little, not at all, or not on time. According to the ladies, it is of course never their fault, but the computer, the doctor, my mail program, the hospital's mail program, the corona plague, the telephone service or the manufacturer. "Thinking along with the customer" is not in their dictionary, while they all wear a button on their apron with: SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorm goed geholpen door mevrouw Boone! Vriendelijke service, fijne assistentes, altijd aandacht voor de klant. Soms moet je even wachten, maar dan krijg je ook echt een goed advies en het heeft tijd nodig om iemands dossier te lezen. Ik zou deze apotheek aanraden.
Hugely helped by Mrs. Boone! Friendly service, nice assistants, always paying attention to the customer. Sometimes you have to wait a while, but then you get really good advice and it takes time to read someone's file. I would recommend this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I came to the pharmacy with a prescription for pain medication the same day after surgery, they didn't have it and didn't want to help out in any way. They didn't want to give something else. That on itself is understandable given medical implications. The problem is that they also refused to simply call the doctor and ask him what medication they could give. I had to take care of it while I was barely functioning due to pain. I immediately told the assistent of my general practitioner to never send any prescription again to Apotheek Trudoplein. If I could then I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not an option, 1 star is too much for this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional staff. They do not answer doubts about the medicines you need to buy and if they do is with a bad tone. Also, they never informed about the service charge when I specifically asked them and now I am being charged more for the pharmacy service than for the medicine itself.
