★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medicijnen vorige keer niet bezorgd, terwijl wel afgesproken. Daarnaast had ik zojuist een chagrijnige medewerkster aan de lijn, die het nodig vond om haar humeur te botvieren op haar klanten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze apotheek heeft meermalen niet juist geleverd, op verzoek bij buren leveren wil men niet. Vraag je vriendelijk naar een oplossing, moet je die zelf maar geven; doe je dat dan krijg je een grote waffel van de apotheker zelf. De man heeft geen idee wat klantgericht werken inhoudt. Ook herhaalreceptuur ging vaak fout en dan moet je het zelf allemaal regelen. Goddank "mocht" ik van mijn verzekeraar terug naar mijn vorige apotheek op de Mecklenburgstraat, die hebben een medicijnenautomaat én zijn véél goedkoper. Mensen die overdag gewoon werken kunnen zelf midden in de nacht pillen halen.

Also repeat recipe often went wrong and then you have to arrange it all yourself. Thank God my insurance company allowed me to go back to my previous pharmacy on Mecklenburgstraat, they have a vending machine and are much cheaper. People who work normally during the day can pick up pills themselves in the middle of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je wordt hier altijd vriendelijk geholpen, korte wachttijden en men legt perfect uit hoe je de medicijnen moet gebruiken. Heel lang bij Spanhoff klant geweest maar deze apotheek is in alle opzichten veel beter.
You will always receive friendly help here, short waiting times and they explain perfectly how to use the medicines. Been a customer at Spanhoff for a long time, but this pharmacy is much better in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medewerkers zijn altijd chagrijnig.. en ze maken zoveel fouten. En wanneer je ze daarop aanspreekt hebben ze nog grote mond en willen zij dat jij tot een oplossing komt!! Echt schandalig! Dit is meerdere keren gebeurd en zo te lezen ben ik ook niet enige die hierover een klacht heeft.. ik heb besloten om daar weg te gaan.
Employees are always grumpy ... and they make so many mistakes. And when you address them, they still have a big mouth and they want you to come to a solution !! Really outrageous! This has happened several times and I am not the only one who has a complaint about this .. I have decided to leave there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben zeer tevreden over Ramleh apotheek. Vrijwel nooit lange wachttijden, ruime apotheek, vriendelijke medewerkers, netjes bericht via telefoon wanneer je medicatie opgehaald kan worden. Nog geen enkele negatieve ervaring gehad in de ruim vier jaar dat ik hier nu kom.
Am very satisfied with Ramleh pharmacy. Almost never long waiting times, spacious pharmacy, friendly employees, neat message by phone when your medication can be picked up. Haven't had a single negative experience in the more than four years that I've been coming here.
