β β β β β We bought there a refurbished IPhone for my brother , the sales guy was super nice and informative , really helped us with every thing , and also spoke great English and the best part is that the price was really fair . I warmly recommend the shop

β β β β β Good quality. The guy who helped me was very friendly and I had my phone back within 30 minutes. He fixed my screen and the price includes a protector screen!

β β β β β Be right back..... Is posted on the door. And it's been 20 minutes now. I even called, and got a voicemail (for a shop that sells phones) If you close at 19:00....Make sure that someone is present till 19:00. My first time at phonehub is a bit of a disappointment. And after 45 minutes someone showed up... He excused but he had the audecity to say that his car was beeing towed away and that his Mercedes AMG was more important...... Sorry, but this is the most unprofessional reaction I have ever encounterd as a customer. After this... Its a total dissapointment.

β β β β β I wanted to replace my cracked screen on my oneplus phone. In their website it says the cost is 125 euros . When i arrived in the shop and i asked for the price they told me 185!!! After i said to them that in the official oneplus store i fixed in the past for 160 and that in the phonehub website is 125 then they say 150 euros...I wanted to fix my phone as soon as possible as they advertise and not waiting fot the official oneplus support store so i aggreed for 150 euros. After the screen replacement which took one hour i noticed that the replacement screen was mulfuctioning and the the screen was blocking the front sensors of the phone . The phone was not properly operate . I return to the shop and i asked them to fix it . I received the phone again in one hour with the same problems. I asked them to replace the screen with my old cracked one and return me my 150 euros which they refused to do . I went 4 times there losing my time and money waiting to fix my phone which they never did . I will not repeat this mistake again . My advise to the people just go to the official repair shop , it will cost you less and you will not have to deal with the headache from the frustration you will get from phonehub.
Answer to your comment :
I was not aware that you have changed the battery and the charging port?.Is that the reason my battery has shorter life than before ?At least it would have been nice if you have informed me about the changes.

β β β β β Very nice people BUT very bad service unfortunately... I brought my ipad to change a broken screen, and while they repaired it, they broke something inside the ipad. They said theyβd call back once the ipad would be ready. I never got a call, went back myself. Ipad was not charged so I couldnβt try to on the spot. When I got home and charged my ipad, I noticed the screen was disfunctioning and the touchscreen is not optimal at all. I canβt even turn off my ipad. So nice people but not good service and skills
