★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PHOOD is playing in another league of producing locally. Their revolutionary aquaponics system (check their interview on YouTube!) makes sure they have the most wonderful flavours in their produce. It is a 100% vegan and has a wonderfully diverse menu.
In my visit there, we got a tour of the underground facilities and saw what the aspirations they have. Highly recommend going here for the experience, the food, and the staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a vegan restaurant in Eindhoven and ended up at Phood Kitchen because of it's menu (not 100% vegan but quite a large plant based offer). On site we noticed the menu was adjusted to the DDW event so we went for the 3-course menu. It was no problem to have it vegan and we were very pleasantly surprised by the courses we were brought. Great taste, delicious flavours, fresh local veggies. Definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't eaten here yet but we took a quick look inside their facility. Their focus is on local, sustainable, healthy and food design. Can't wait for them to offer tours so I can take a look around again! Cute like minded couple who run the show. We also appreciated their donation for our foodbank! They're gonna have a good year in 2021 once government lock down is gone. Would love to see more fungus farming options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a very pleasant lunch and dinner from PHOOD Kitchen combined with drinks from Stadsoase De Zomertuin.
Although I can’t say much about the restaurant or interior, I can say that the service was good and the food was delicious! You can definitely taste they use their own harvest.
If you get the change to sit outside and enjoy the ‘summer garden’ I would highly recommend it.
