★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war sehr unzufrieden , wegen 5 Minuten Verspätung was natürlich meine Schuld war sollte erst eine Aufklärung erfolgen da die Behandlung nur 15 Minuten dauert und sich deshalb keine Behandlung mehr lohnt.
Laut der Krankenkasse war die Lymphdrainage verordnet mit 25 Minuten die Behandlungsdauer mit beteten und verlassen der Praxis 20 Minuten davon 15 die Behandlung. Jetzt kann ich die schnellen Termine nachvollziehen. Sehr arrogantes Team … wurde die Praxis nicht empfehlen.
 I was very dissatisfied, because of a 5 minute delay, which of course was my fault, I should first be clarified because the treatment only lasts 15 minutes and is therefore no longer worthwhile.

Unverschämt angeblich 24 Stunden absage Pflicht wie soll ich den 24 Stunden vorher absagen wenn ich mein Positiv Befund 7 Stunden vorher bekommen habe .!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegen meiner Schulterprobleme kam ich auf Empfehlung in die Physio Ambulanz. Ich bekam sehr schnell einen Termin. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren am Telefon sehr freundlich und flexibel, da ich leider selber viele Termine habe. Ich habe mich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Therapeutinnen sind auch alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Mir wurde schon nach kurzer Zeit geholfen und ich kann meine Schulter ohne Schmerzen wieder bewegen! Eindeutige Empfehlung!
Because of my shoulder problems, I came to the physio outpatient clinic on recommendation. I got an appointment very quickly. The employees on the phone were very friendly and flexible, as I unfortunately have a lot of appointments myself. I felt like I was in good hands right away. The therapists are all very friendly and competent. I was helped after a short time and I can move my shoulder again without pain! Clear recommendation!
