HENRI VONKEN
Pianist Henri Vonken (1956) studeerde in 1982 cum laude af als klassiek pianist aan het conservatorium in Maastricht.
Daarna volgde hij de opleiding “Jazz, lichte muziek en improviseren” bij Willem Kühne aan het conservatorium in Tilburg. In november 2000 was hij voor het eerst op de televisie te zien als pianist/componist/tekstschrijver in een programma van Martin Šimek.
Later volgden concerten voor de radio en in theaters.Sinds 1980 treedt hij op met verschillende bands en als solist.
