Their business is not transparent, they do not provide you with legal documentation, no tracking number, no terms, no contracts: they imply it after they weight, i.e. get your belongings.
But at the end it's turned out they just had you around.
No respect to the client.
Then they say «we use the quote as contract» and they just don't read what you write them, they take no liability for your property apart from unprofessional «our company is providing this service for years».
