Dafür kann er nichts und man sollte die Leistung bewerten und nicht die Adressenangabe. Außerdem sind die Öffnungszeiten online ersichtlich. All the best. He is also responsible for Hermes because of the 2nd address because 2 shops are not allowed to have the same one. He can't do anything for that and you should evaluate the performance and not the address information. The opening times can also be viewed online.
K	Karin Towey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPD delivered two packets wrongly to our street which were for a street with the same name in another town. The house number was our next door neighbours but they were out so we accepted the delviery. Later we gave it to our neighbours who later gave it back to us pointing out that although the same house and street number and name it was a different town. We called DPD locally who told us to call DPD Duisberg which we did numerous times and in 10 days they did not pick up the packets. Today I brought the packets to DPD in Goch and they said they were not their responsibility and told me to throw them in the rubbish bin. I pointed out that this is against the law and said as it is chrsitmas and somebody is waiting for these packets I would drive the 30km to the other town and deliver them myself which I did. My advice to anyone is never to do business with DPD and certainly not with this outlet in Goch.
