The place is beautiful and you can sit by the window facing Tilburg's most beautiful streets with old buildings. Pig & Rye take their food seriously. Every single thing I ordered from their menu was AMAZING. Also, they have the best grilled cheese sandwich in Tilburg (psst! order the one with pastrami!). Hands down. Oh! They have specials every day, which is off-menu. And honestly, it's always worth the try. I still can't forget about the Char Siu Bun I had! Their desserts are also good! Rich, dense, decadent, it's easy to fill up after just their brownie and they don't skip on the quality either! The staff are super friendly and they're always ready to help in Dutch/English. The only downside of this place is they don't serve dinner. But that's part of their charm. If you're visiting Tilburg, or if you're a local and you haven't tried this place, YOU MUST!

Me and my girlfriend made a daytrip out of it and drove 1.5 hours one way to pick up our order (and ate in the car Corona style :) High quality ingredients that are prepared with love. It's definitely not cheap but you get what you pay for. The Philly cheese steak was without a doubt the best one I've had.

The ramen inspired noodle dishes they make are top notch and the bao buns are delicious. I’ve also enjoyed a great burger as well as some pie. The historic building is oozing with character, and you’ll just want to hang out in here for hours. Pho Noodle Soup featured in the photo.
