Large, clean, comfortable! The dinner is awesome. The chef made some exclusive dishes on request and it was yummy. The entire staff are so walm and helpful. Too good. The best place to stay in Zwolle. You just want to be coming back, and back , and back and ....

R	Remy Reurling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arriving at the hotel we received a great reception. Exceptionally traines employees showed us everything we needed to know. The room was clean and luxurious and the bed was really comfortable. We booked a wine and dine arrangement that came with dinner and breakfast - both above standards. The only point of critique I'd have is the sudden parking costs of 10 euros per night we didn't know about in advance. Overall great experience.
K	Kris Pryor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at a few hotels in Zwolle and Pillows is by far the best. It's about 5 minutes walk from the city center and central station. Everyone went out if their way to make sure all needs were met and that everything was taken care of. The Asian girl who checked me in (I forgot her name) was extremely helpful and she made sure everything was set for my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the styling of the room is more reminiscent of a home than a hotel. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Dinner was served in courses at my room due to COVID measures. The meal was excellent and was a welcome reminder of fine dining during the lockdown. If I need a hotel in Zwolle in the future I will check with Pillows first.
b	bugszor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, didn't make any fuss about helping for the smallest things. Breakfast is quite pricey but unlimited and of good quality! Room was very clean and filled with extras. Would definitely go again

Furthermore, the service from the staff could be better, on one hand they were overenthousiast and on the other hand not always aware of empty glasses, etc. Therefore, there are some things to wish for during a next visit. Regardless of the critics, the food is excellent, good portions and surprising flavour combinations. The restaurant is part of the Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

Staff were exceptional both during the visit and afterwards, especially front of the house manager. Prices are not extortionate at all and fit for the services provided. We most definitely recommend it.
