Ruim 20 minuten, als enige klant, in de winkel gelopen en geen 1 keer aangesproken door de medewerksters Toen ik bij de kassa stond om af te rekenen werd ik wel ineens aangesproken.
Westfield Mall unworthy employees! They could use a customer experience and customer friendliness course at Pink Gellac. Walked into the store for more than 20 minutes, as the only customer and not once addressed by the employees. When I was standing at the cash register to pay, I was suddenly addressed.

โ โ โ โ โ Netjes geholpen, schap is iet wat ongestructureerd. Maakt t lastig om de demo van jouw kleur te vinden. Bijvoorbeeld de demos van kleur 117 ligt soms aan de andere kant van het schap. Het zou handiger zijn als de demo nabij de betreffende potjes lag.
Neatly helped, shelf is somewhat unstructured. Makes it difficult to find the demo of your color. For example, the demos of color 117 is sometimes on the other side of the shelf. It would be more convenient if the demo was close to the relevant jars.

The ladies know a lot and are super friendly. They take all the time for you, despite the crowds. Wide selection!

Anouk heeft ons geweldig geholpen.
Met de aanschaf van de juiste zet tot het bij elkaar zoeken van de juiste kleuren en fijne adviezen. En alles onder het genot van een heerlijk kopje koffie.
Meer personeel zou wel wenselijk zijn. De twee aanwezige dames moesten zich eigenlijk in vieren delen om iedereen te woord te kunnen staan.
Ze deden het geweldig, maar hierdoor ben je wel lang in de winkel als je advies wilt.
Zeer tevreden weer de deur uit gegaan.

More staff would be desirable. The two ladies present actually had to divide into four to be able to speak to everyone.
They did a great job, but this will keep you in the store for a long time if you want advice.
Went out very satisfied.

A great place, lamieu are a total hit for me, although the camera has slightly overexposed the colors, in fact they are insane ?. Work, covering and effect, yes. I recommend this store with a clear conscience ???

Ondankst dat het niet zo rustig was, nam ze de tijd om uit te leggen en te demonstreren hoe ik de Gellac moet aanbrengen op mijn nagel. Ik was gelijk overtuigd en meteen de "Starterset Premium Voque Dynamic" gekocht met de "283 Rosy Brown erbij". รรฉnmaal thuis, miste ik 1 Gellac (kan gebeuren). Ik had hun w.app hiervoor gebruikt, en kreeg binnen 10 minuten gelijk een appje terug. Vandaag word de Gellac verstuurd en de spaarpunten van al mijn aankoop hebben ze gelijk op mijn account gezet, wat super fijn was. Super snelle service, en een duidelijke communicatie. Een zรฉรฉr tevreden klant!!!
Yesterday I was well helped at Pink Gellac Westfield. Despite it not being so quiet, she took the time to explain and demonstrate how to apply the Gellac to my nail.
