★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like going going to Pip but everytime I've gone with POC they are the only ones that get checked and harassed by the bouncer, most recently being Parish Gaynight 6/07. Give your staff some racial sensitivity training and stop profiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the other night while at pip, i experienced for the third time a bouncer targeting people of color while checking bags and coats at the door. i would even go so far as to say the man was acting overly agressive and interrogative toward them, while hardly glancing at me or any of my white friends. this racial profiling should not be overlooked, the pip is a wonderful bar but needs to ensure that it's a safe space for everyone.
