β β β β β De pompen zijn vaak buiten werking. Als je belt krijg je een standaard antwoord te horen..Mag ik uw telefoonnummer de monteur belt zo terug. Of we kunnen er op dit moment niets aan doen. Doordat er zo weinig mogelijkheden zijn om LNG te tanken zijn dit niet de antwoorden die je graag wilt horen. Dit zorgt voor veel wachttijd en frustratie. Geen goede service als je het mij vraagt. Ook werkt de app niet waarop de pomp groen is terwijl hij buiten werking is. Geef je dit aan kan er wederom. Niets aan gedaan worden.
Al met al geen goede reclame voor Pitpoint.
The pumps are often out of order. When you call you will hear a standard answer .. I may call your telephone number back to the technician. Or we can't do anything about it right now. Because there are so few options for refueling LNG, these are not the answers you would like to hear. This causes a lot of waiting time and frustration. Not good service if you ask me. Also, the app does not work on which the pump is green while it is inoperative. You can give this again. Nothing can be done about it.
All in all, not a good advertisement for Pitpoint.
