K	Kees Ruhe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht! Max 3 kwartier staat er. Na een uur gebeld: "De pizza gaat er nu in!" Na dik 5 kwartier bezorgd, slapjes, lauw. Nog een brutale mond van het bezorgertje op de fiets ook! Tsss! Bad! Max 3 quarters of an hour it says. Called after an hour: "The pizza is going in now!" Delivered after more than 5 quarters of an hour, limp, lukewarm. Another cheeky mouth from the delivery boy on the bike too! Tsss!
D	Danique D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanavond iets voor vijf 4 pizza’s besteld met de optie ‘zo snel mogelijk’ (dit is volgens hen 3 kwartier). Na anderhalf uur gewacht te hebben toch maar bellen van hoe of wat. Aan de telefoon krijg je een snauw of je geen rekening kan houden met ‘drukte’?? En toen werd ook nog aangegeven dat de pizza’s nog niet eens gemaakt waren, dus dat het nog wel 40 minuten kon duren!! Dit is niet de eerste keer dat het op deze manier gaat dus dit was de laatste keer dat ik heb besteld bij Portobello Leidschendam. Ordered 4 pizzas tonight a little before five with the option 'as soon as possible' (according to them this is 45 minutes). After waiting an hour and a half, I still called how or what. On the phone you get a snarl whether you can't take 'busyness' into account?? And then it was also indicated that the pizzas were not even made yet, so that it could take another 40 minutes!! This is not the first time it has been this way so this was the last time I ordered from Portobello Leidschendam.
P	Patricia van Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer, in het verleden goede service en nu na bijna 2 uur wachten en een telefoontje van hun kant over een wisseling in de bestelling qua drank. Dan eindelijk de bezorger… ok niet wat verwacht was… de ‘scampi’ wat 4 kleine garnalen in een soep van olie en tomaten blijkt te zijn met een random bolognese pasta erbij. Ehm nee, dit is niet wat we hebben besteld en nee niet standaard wat er bij geleverd wordt of op thuisbezorgd wordt weergegeven. Och we zullen zien of ik daadwerkelijk mn geld terug ontvang voor dit gedoe. Ronduit jammer Shame, good service in the past and now after almost 2 hours of waiting and a call from their side about a change in drink order. Finally the delivery person… ok not what was expected… the 'scampi' which turns out to be 4 small shrimps in a soup of oil and tomatoes with a random bolognese pasta on the side. Ehm no, this is not what we ordered and no not standard what comes with it or is displayed on home delivery. Oh we'll see if I actually get my money back for this hassle. downright sad
