★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Kritik unfreundlich und sofort sehr laut. Statt das Problem zu lösen und vielleicht Entschuldigung zu sagen wird sofort ein "Hausverbot" ausgesprochen. Echt lachhaft diese Bedienung die anscheined nicht kritikfähig ist und auf Kunden anscheinend keinen Wert legt odes es nicht nötig hat eine gute Qualität des Döners anzubieten und bei Kritik sofort "ausrastet"!!!
 Unfriendly in the event of criticism and immediately very loud. Instead of solving the problem and perhaps saying sorry, a "house ban" is immediately pronounced. Really laughable this service that apparently is not capable of criticism and apparently does not place any value on customers or it does not have to offer a good quality of the doner kebab and in case of criticism immediately "unleashes" !!!

Mir hat bisher alles sehr gut geschmeckt und die Preise sind wirklich in Ordnung.
Das Essen wird in den meisten Fällen schnell geliefert und kam bisher immer warm an.
Trinkgeld darf auf jeden Fall gegeben werden!
Very nice staff and I like a great quality food.
I have enjoyed everything so far and the prices are really good.
The food is delivered fast in most cases and has always been warm.
Tipping may be given in any case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen, da Dönerfleisch kalt und zudem unfreundlich. Atmosphäre ebenfalls nicht einladend. Alles alt und abgewirtschaftet. Dort gemütlich essen nicht ratsam.
Not to be recommended, as kebab meat is cold and unfriendly. Atmosphere also not inviting. Everything old and worn out. Eating comfortably there is not advisable.

The delivery was really fast. 30 to 45 minutes was said, and after 14 minutes the doorbell rang. Turkish pizza was impeccable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service war total überlastet und wir mussten 20 min warten bis zum ersten Getränk. Die Trüffelnudeln hatten keine Trüffel sondern lediglich etwas Trüffelöl und waren nicht gewürzt.
The service was totally overloaded and we had to wait 20 minutes for the first drink. The truffle noodles had no truffles but only a little truffle oil and were not seasoned.
