The building is basically an office for several institutions, but they also have super-nice-and-wide classrooms which are often used by the Leiden university or other organisations.
The café at the 2nd floor is a big hit. It has a kind of mini-stage where students can perform or do activities. The ambience is super energising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't get scared from it's streetside facade. It is Brutalist on the outside, but very nice and livable on the inside. Nice place for innovation workshops. Wonderful views from the roof terrace.
