★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my birthday and booked BIAB nail appointment having never done it before, and their website says its like a "natural acrylic" with the "same look ' which I would assume is also a lengthening of the nails. Basically, it wasn't clear at all. After I sat down, the lady told me she wouldn't do BIAB nails on my short nails, which is what I thought would be exactly what I'm coming in for. Even though the BIAB service would take an hour, she said she's unable to switch the service to acrylic even though acrylic nails would also take an hour and canceled my appointment because "you can only get what you book online since it's in the system" even though I would have been willing to pay extra. I was so upset, there was no flexibility or professionalism given and for some odd reason they make you pay 9 euros online before even coming in. I won't be getting those back I guess. Very disappointed in how the salon handles this easily fixable situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the salon is modern and well decorated and the girls working there were kind, the manicure I received was very expensive and not done very well. The edges already started peeling up the same day and I lost one whole nail of gel polish the same evening after my manicure (polish that costs 18 euros extra !!) after one and a half weeks, most than half of the nail polish came off and now I’m left with two measly fingers with polish on. I emailed Polish a couple of days after my manicure (November 1st I sent the email) with pictures to tell them that I was unsatisfied and would like it to be redone or get my money back but I have received no response. Really unhappy with the result and with the amount of money I paid it’s just ridiculous... I wanted to wait for their response before writing a review but I did not receive one soo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the place looked neat and the ladies were nice, they lacked skills, lacked knowledge and lacked experience. Plus, on my way home I went to check the price list and saw that they made me pay more than what was on the price list just because I was a foreigner and thought they could manipulate me. Unprofessional, no experience whatsoever and my nails were a literal disaster afterwards. (See the pictures of before and after. With yellow nails it was before I went for their services and with destroyed nails was after they attempted taking the polish out of my nails.) They literally dipped my nails on a cup with Acetone Polish Remover... Would never recommend to anyone to go do their nails there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. They are very unprofessional and impossible to communicate with. I waited 30 minutes and then decided to leave after they hadn’t even talked to me or acknowledged me waiting. Then when I said I was leaving, they didn’t even pretend to care or apologise. I got my nails done there one other time and found it was impossible to contact them over phone or WhatsApp. For the high prices, their service is absolutely not worth it. Very frustrated and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. I love all the products they use. The huge problem is that they don’t now how to do your manicure properly. Also, they make me choose a color and they did not have it, after they did gel manicure, the painting on my nails was not even and not well painted. That happens when you use old nail polish. I made an appointment but the manicure and pedicure took forever, I arrive at 11 am and left at 2 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best nail salon in Amsterdam! Staff is friendly and remembers everything I tell them and how I like my nails! But what is important to me is that they are so neat and clean! Especially during corona hygiene is so important. I always love how my nails turn out. Big recommendation to do your nails here lady's and gentlemen's! And the little Asian girl, the owner is super nice too!
